KWSG SET TO EMPOWER 4,000 SMALL HOLDERS FARMERS.

The Kwara State Government will on Tuesday empower not less than 4,000 Small Holders Farmers across the 16 Local Government of the State.

The empowerment aimed to boost food security, increase employment and revenue generation, and sustainable development in the State.

The Programme is part of the core pillars of the present administration's policy trust in agricultural transformation plan to strengthen and accelerate development of the sector.

The beneficiaries would be support with Assorted Fertilizer, Hybrid Rice Seeds, Maize and Soyabean Seeds, Chemicals of various types, Knap Sack Sprayers, Anti Rabies Vaccines, Meat Cooling Van among others.
